The Role

We are in search of a Sr Account Manager/Manager to join our corporate reputation practice and take the lead on key clients in the region. Your duties will involve managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, overseeing a team to ensure daily tasks are fulfilled, and unlocking potential for expansion.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrates tactical and strategic knowledge of integrated Communications Marketing principles and skills.
  • Utilizes critical client information, such as business strategy, industry trends, and key opinion leaders, to drive communication efforts.
  • Leads client correspondence and provides regular updates, activity reports, and conducts client calls.
  • Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading to create high-quality content for various communication channels.
  • Conducts research to support client programs and possesses expertise in media coverage analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Plans and coordinates media outreach activities, events, and new media initiatives.
  • Manages multiple projects for different clients from inception to completion ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborates in cross-practice teams to deliver compelling proposals and solutions to clients.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • 5 to 8 years' experience in top agencies.
  • Experience in working with government clients is advantageous.
  • Proficient in developing communication strategies, tactical planning, and client management.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver work on time while earning their trust.
  • Strong writing skills and capability to provide feedback to improve content pieces.
  • Presenting concepts to clients and ensuring successful execution.
