·Undertake twice daily temperature checks as per MOH.

·Tracks and orders office supplies. Records monthly printing volumes.

·Ensures that office maintenance and regular cleaning is carried out.

·Responsible for the digital archiving of office records.

·Organizes Expat flights, ground transportation, and accommodations if needed.

·Have intermediate to advanced levels of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Provides IT systems and support. Organizes online meetings for meeting rooms.
  • Takes meeting notes as requested.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as required.
  • Completes other responsibilities as assigned.
  • The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
  • Works under direct and indirect supervision.
Skills
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
