Supporting Our Chairman
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chairman and senior management team at ARK People Solutions. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing documents, and coordinating events. They will also oversee office management tasks and ensure the smooth operation of executive activities.
- Manage calendars and schedules for executives.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Oversee office management tasks, including inventory and office supplies.
- Prepare and format communication materials such as memos, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings and manage filing systems.
- Coordinate events and handle VIP gifts.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office technology and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
