Job Description

What you will do:

Use your exceptional Excel skills to manage v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting requirements for the team.

This will include:

  1. Budget tracker maintenance for Content and Sales team.
  2. Conference speaker-related payments: Honorariums, speaker fees, speaker reimbursements etc.
  3. Manage event expenses from logistics suppliers/vendors and invoice payments where applicable, update budget and invoice trackers and contingent workers.
  4. Maintain accurate records and databases related to speakers and content/logistics vendors.
  5. Liaise with Informa's Public Relations Officer for accreditation and speaker permit requirements from government bodies and accreditation partners; troubleshoot where required.
  6. Create and maintain accreditation guide as per accreditation provider if applicable.
  7. Digital event platform management: Review front- and backend data for accuracy (conference programme, speaker details).
  8. Upload conference content (conference programme, speaker details, whitepapers) on the digital event platform.
  9. Provide general administrative support to the conference team as needed.
Qualifications

  2. You must have experience with v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting.

Local Relocation Package*:

  1. Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents).
  2. 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000.
  3. SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices.
