Role Overview
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic growth opportunities. By cultivating relationships and analyzing market trends, this individual helps expand the company's presence, revenue, and overall competitiveness.
What you'll do:
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and emerging industry trends.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Develop pitches, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies with product, marketing, and operational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular progress reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with high proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategic growth plans.
- Results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Superlative ownership, bias for action, humility & ethical standards.
