Consultant/ Senior Consultant | Supply Chain & Network Operations (On-site)

During your tenure as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant in SCNO team, you will benefit from a role that gives you the opportunity to build, shape and lead client relationships and projects as soon as you join. You will broaden your skillset working on complex, transformational projects across a range of clients and gain valuable experience in developing and building the business across a range of industries.

You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  1. Building and sustaining client relationships whilst identifying, leading and supporting potential sales opportunities.
  2. Leading and oversight of the delivery of multi-workstream procurement and commercial transformation programs, including strategic sourcing, commercial strategies & procurement execution, digital sourcing and procurement, transformation of operating model, cost reduction, integration of third-party risk management and contract management services and innovation.
  3. Bringing the expertise necessary to provide leadership and coaching of the team whilst broadening and enhancing our internal capabilities.
  4. Development of thought leadership, representing procurement transformation expertise at forums, and creating external eminence for Deloitte.
  5. Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  6. Proactively driving your own development through access to on the job coaching and an array of training options, as well as developing more junior members of your teams through effective and supportive coaching and performance management.
  7. Playing a lead role in development of the Deloitte business, brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

  1. An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, MBA or a relevant master's degree or certificate is a plus.
  2. At least 3 to 6 years of experience in a Management Consulting Firm. Experience in Big Four companies are a plus.
  3. Advisory or delivery experience in leading complex procurement transformation programs involving some of strategic sourcing, digital procurement, procurement transformation, cost reduction, process optimization and operating model implementation, customer journey innovation, sourcing as well as supporting technologies.
  4. Exposure and knowledge of digital procurement technology software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle and/or other procurement technologies.
  5. Demonstrable experience in managing procurement, sourcing and third-party risk client relationships and identifying, developing, and supporting business opportunities.
  6. Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling.
  7. Experience coaching and developing strong teams and individual members.
  8. An understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
  9. Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice.
  10. Prior experience in managing teams, developing a business, and growing an account or practice.
  11. Experienced in effective project management.
  12. Full mobility travel.
