Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Executive to manage logistics for large-scale exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating flights, hotel bookings, visa processing, and transportation scheduling. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site transportation, including golf carts, visitor shuttle buses, and managing traffic / parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa processing for exhibitors and attendees.
  • Schedule and manage transportation logistics, including on-site shuttle services and traffic control.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management, tracking, and reporting logistics activities.
  • Support operational planning and execution with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Provide high-level logistical support during events, ensuring smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics and event management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver seamless logistics for large-scale events.

  • SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods / excess baggage costs on production of receipts / invoices

International Relocation Package:

  • Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)
  • 60 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
  • SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods / excess baggage costs on production of receipts / invoices (if eligible)
