Role Overview:

The Senior Content Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual and storytelling identity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the entire content production lifecycle—from ideation (working with the creative team and head of marketing) to final delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring all content meets the highest quality standards, aligns with our brand, and engages our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production & Creative Leadership:

  1. Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end content productions, including video, photography, and multimedia projects.
  2. Lead filming and editing processes, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
  3. Source and manage talent, locations, and production resources.
  4. Oversee the creative direction and visual style of content to ensure brand consistency.

Project Management:

  1. Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content with broader business goals.

Quality Assurance:

  1. Establish and maintain standards for content quality, ensuring all deliverables are visually compelling, engaging, and on-brand.
  2. Conduct quality control reviews of content before final release.

Team & Vendor Coordination:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with freelance crew, production houses, and creative vendors.
  2. Oversee and mentor junior producers, editors, and freelancers as needed.

Strategic Contribution:

  1. Partner with the Head of Marketing to align content strategies with campaign goals and business objectives.
  2. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate content production processes.

Requirements

Experience:

  1. 5+ years in content production, including hands-on experience in filming, editing, and project management.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality content across various formats (video, photography, animation).
  3. Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Skills:

  1. Expertise in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  2. Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Budget management and negotiation skills.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
