About the Role:

As the Media Producer, you'll be the creative powerhouse steering the media direction for this transformative museum project. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with world-class teams, guiding every step of the media production process—from conceptualization to final execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ignite Creative Visions: Oversee the development of engaging media content that resonates with the museum's mission. Partner with internal teams and external media companies to craft innovative project briefs, dynamic scripts, and compelling storylines that captivate and educate visitors.
  • Curate Unforgettable Experiences: Guide the creative development process, ensuring that the media content not only meets high-quality standards but also excites, educates, and immerses visitors in unforgettable experiences.
  • Master the Production Process: Take charge of all aspects of production, coordinating filming, talent, locations, and equipment to bring the creative vision to life, ensuring the highest standards of execution.
  • Elevate Post-Production Quality: Lead the post-production phase, including editing, sound design, and the final production process, ensuring seamless integration of all media content into the museum experience.
  • Bring Innovation to Life: Work closely with AV and technical teams to ensure that media content is flawlessly integrated into the exhibits. Troubleshoot any technical challenges to guarantee smooth delivery and synchronization.
  • Keep Stakeholders in the Loop: Serve as the central point of contact between the museum, media companies, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular updates on project status, milestones, and solutions.
