About the RoleAre you ready to redefine the future of air travel and elevate RX's digital presence across social media platforms?
This dynamic role will see you drive the implementation of social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals, manage campaigns to grow our presence, and create engaging content in both Arabic and English that resonates with our diverse audience. You will ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms, collaborating with internal stakeholders, content creators, influencers, and external agencies to optimise performance and foster a positive online community.
Your responsibilities will include planning and executing campaigns, monitoring social media trends, and engaging directly with followers. You will also stay on top of industry developments to identify growth opportunities while working to improve the performance of our social media initiatives.
In addition, you will measure and report on the effectiveness of social media efforts, providing valuable insights to support continuous optimisation.

About YouDegree qualified, you must demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
You are expected to have proven experience in managing social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a strong understanding of their unique requirements.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you are proficient in using social media management tools and familiar with advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Further, expertise in the global and local creator and influencer landscape, as well as excellent communication and writing skills, will be highly valued.
