You will have to be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.In this role, you will:Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals;Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others;Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community. Manage responses, comments, and messages promptly and professionally;Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our social media presence;Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective execution;Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration.Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media management with a proven track record.Good knowledge of the property market;Depth knowledge of social media;Depth knowledge of Media Production and creative process;Proficiency in video editing software and photo editing tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English;Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools;Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;Strong organisational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;Ability to analyse campaign reports to identify required optimisations;Professional attitude;Excellent people management skills.Benefits:High-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
