We are currently looking to enhance our team to expand our sales activities with the addition of a:
Regional Sales Manager – KSA (m/f/d)
Solar Lighting / IoT Solutions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish a local sales representation and recruit, train, and lead a team of sales engineers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, opportunity identification, offering to closing deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key market segments to accelerate growth.
- Maintain and expand a structured sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
- Strengthen and expand partnerships with local sales representatives to enhance market reach.
- Master HEI's solar lighting and IoT solutions to effectively showcase their benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants/specifiers and contractors.
- Provide technical support for clients and sales partners and prepare both technical and commercial submittals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, operations, and customer support to align and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to HEI senior management.
- Define and tailor technical solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Organize and attend sales and marketing events, such as trade shows, expos, and other promotional activities.
YOUR QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as sales manager in GCC region and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technical field, preferably lighting.
- A well-established network of contacts in outdoor lighting, IoT, and / or Smart City projects.
- Enthusiasm for solar technologies, renewable energies, and environmental-friendly products.
- Preferably a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, renewable energy systems, computer science, or lighting design, etc. or similar qualification.
- Ability to manage budgets, KPIs and to execute and adapt the company strategy.
- A high level of quality, service awareness, and customer orientation, as well as willingness to travel within KSA and to Vienna.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong commercial awareness and a good technical understanding.
- Knowledge of lighting design photometric planning software (e.g. Dialux) is advantageous.
- A structured and independent way of working and a precise working style.
- Team orientation, and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Residence in Riyadh is preferable.
