About Our Job

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager, focused on driving growth and expansion in the Solar, Hydrology, and Meteorology markets.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve assigned financial objectives and KPIs.
  • Communicating the company's vision and value proposition with customers and vendors.
  • Managing and measuring region performance using KPIs.
  • Building relationships with government organizations and agencies to influence key development projects.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including opening new markets and acquiring new customers.
  • Experience working with government agencies, ministries, and NGOs on development projects.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with Channel Partners and Key Accounts in Hydro, Met, and/or Solar business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
