Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
  2. Understand the client's business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
  3. Conduct research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client's needs
  4. Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
  5. Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
  6. Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
  7. Recognize technology as a business enabler
  8. Apply experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promote their use through knowledge sharing
  9. Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption
  10. Apply 'user-centered design' to evaluate design scenarios against end-user experience and requirements within domain (e.g., Cloud technologies, mobile)

Customer Strategy & Applied Innovation capabilities:

  1. Assesses how companies should respond to rapidly changing consumer behaviours and the proliferation of multichannel touchpoints
  2. Explores unmet consumer needs to inspire new breakthrough creations
  3. Reimagines services across multiple touchpoints to create new economic value and meet customer needs
  4. Re-envisions how best to engage customers and create new experiences, test and refine using agile methods
  5. Designs experiences that delight customers and drive top-line growth
  6. Identifies the most valuable customer journeys, assessing their impact on customer satisfaction, revenue growth and cost to serve
  7. Develops and implement strategies and approaches to drive customer acquisition, value, engagement, and loyalty
  8. Builds new and strengthen existing digital channels, implementing new or enhanced omni-channel strategies
  9. Defines fit for purpose design and captures technological, experiential requirements to revamp the entire experience
  10. Iterates and learns through rapid prototyping before delivering the product design
  11. Creates prototypes that deliver the full user experience, assessing and implementing data, analytics, and marketing-technology solutions
  12. Tests and refines with real customers building out the systems to support the radically improved customer journey
  13. Defines implications of existing operating-models, including roles, org. structures, and operating processes
  14. Uncovers the priority processes that create the biggest impact for customers and business
  15. Transforms processes ensuring that they are fit for standardisation and automation
  16. Achieves scale by identifying synergies among technologies, systems, and data sets across multiple journeys
  17. Defines IT architecture changes, ensuring that journeys are integrated into existing IT systems
  18. Cooperates with Digital Labs teams to rapidly build out IT component
  19. Ensures regulatory compliance and functionality of every new service or process
  20. Defines capability gaps and supports team to build these capabilities in an agile fashion
  21. Deploys insights and methods of working out of the following areas: Block-chain, AI/Robotics, Digital Platforms, Digital Transformation, Agile, Data Analytics

Qualifications:

  1. An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in Consulting is a plus
  3. Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
  5. Willingness to travel (required)
  6. Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
  7. Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
  8. Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
