As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you are responsible for working with businesses across various industries to assess their digital maturity, develop transformation roadmaps, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present comprehensive digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases, operating models, customer journeys while maintaining refined digital strategies to ensure ongoing business value and competitiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud computing, automation, etc.) and their impact on business models, providing insights on digital trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and successful transformation outcomes, understanding their business goals, challenges, and digital transformation needs.
  • Conduct digital maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Lead the design and execution of digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, marketing, finance) to implement digital solutions and process improvements.
  • Identify and recommend suitable digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance business operations.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Management and Governance.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, automation, data analytics, and AI.
  • Proven ability to design and execute digital transformation strategies in complex business environments.
  • Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certification in digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Agile, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and public engagement ability.
  • Excellent understanding of national frameworks and regulations (DGA, NORA, etc.).
