Performs repair services and other mechanical works in the Center to achieve targets in areas of customer satisfaction and gross service sales by adhering to the company mission, vision, and values and applying the standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs repairs as per customer's request through proper execution and Chief Technician's close supervision within the promised delivery time and estimated cost to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts preliminary inspection/evaluation of the vehicle using mechanical tools and equipment under the supervision of the service Chief Technician to assess the exact damage and extent of repair.
  • Participates in the resolution of high-technical problems with the assistance of the Team Leaders (Workshop Floor Manager/Chief Technician) through proper tests and examinations to ensure that appropriate body and paint repair is done.
  • Executes the center after-sales responsibilities (i.e., vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance) to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company's policies and procedures through effective communication and supervision of the Team Leader.
  • Ensures highly satisfied Guests by executing a Guest Centric mindset to achieve high-quality after-sales activities through effective monitoring of the Team Leader in the Center in accordance with service standards.
  • Coordinates with the Job Controller in feeding correct data (operation number), recording the repairs carried out, and updating the status of vehicle delivery through the use of the Computerized Time Control Sheets in determining productivity (man-hour) analyses.
  • Receives and understands technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional activities from the Team Leader through regular meetings and updates to enhance technical skills and achieve smooth after-sales business operations.
  • Delivers service achievements by supporting and assisting center after-sales marketing campaigns, promoting center Kaizen activities, as well as adjustments to business strategies to achieve set center targets.
  • Performs the suitable use of all service facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure that the Service Center operates in accordance with policies related to safety, welfare, integrity, and branding image of the company.
  • Executes assigned activities according to the company's standard operating procedures through coordination with the center service teams in achieving pre-determined center operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive: Knowledge in automotive and mechanical repairs and maintenance services, preferably with certification. Adept in troubleshooting and diagnostic tests for cars.
  • English Language: Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.
  • Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Stress Tolerance: Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
  • Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
