Senior Territory Lead, Endoscopy, Western Region

- Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintain continuity.
- Track trends, competitors, developments in products, and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and report to their manager.
- Carry out sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and prepare the sales reports requested by the manager.
- Plan, implement, and report customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands.
- Evaluate requests for proposals from customers/partners in their area of responsibility and prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs.
- Carry out the delivery and installation of materials, provide post-sales user training, and attend surgery cases.
- Communicate customer feedback (complaints) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate feedback in their own area of responsibility, take necessary actions, and report them to the customer and related persons.
- Provide support to the logistics team when needed.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales within a clinical or operating room setting.
- Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
- Valid KSA driving license.
- Experience in Endoscopy is highly desirable.
