Your Role

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our IT infrastructure. You will establish a robust governance structure, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure optimal performance of our IT clusters. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a reliable, scalable, and efficient IT environment that supports our organization's objectives.

Requirements

  1. Define and implement clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting hierarchies within the IT infrastructure team, ensuring accountability and effective decision-making.
  2. Proactively assess, design, and refine IT operational processes, driving continuous improvement and aligning with organizational goals. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
  3. Monitor the performance of IT clusters, evaluating resource utilization, system uptime, and workload distribution. Implement clustering strategies and workload balancing techniques to optimize reliability and scalability.
  4. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT infrastructure, comparing performance against predefined benchmarks and industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies that support the organization's long-term objectives.
  6. Lead the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What You Need

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. 5-8 years of proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure environments.
  3. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
  4. Extensive experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  5. Deep knowledge of IT cluster technologies, workload balancing, and scalability strategies.
  6. Proficiency in performance monitoring and benchmarking tools and techniques.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
