Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies:
    Identify investment and expansion opportunities in off-plan sales and other real estate projects.
    Develop strategic business plans to increase market share and achieve growth objectives.
    Analyze market and economic data to identify future opportunities and challenges.
  2. Managing and Enhancing Sales Operations:
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for customer acquisition.
    Develop pricing policies and real estate offers based on market analysis.
    Supervise off-plan sales processes and ensure compliance with Wafi regulations.
  3. Building and Developing Strategic Relationships:
    Establish strong relationships with real estate developers, government entities, investors, and financial institutions.
    Negotiate with partners and investors to create new collaborations and funding opportunities.
    Coordinate with the Ministry of Housing and banks to support real estate projects.
  4. Enhancing and Developing Real Estate Projects:
    Provide innovative solutions for real estate design and development based on engineering expertise.
    Work closely with engineering teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest quality standards.
    Review architectural designs and provide economic and market feasibility analysis.
  5. Conducting Market Analysis and Research:
    Prepare periodic reports on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
    Evaluate the financial and economic performance of real estate projects and propose methods to enhance returns.
    Recommend improvements in sales and marketing strategies based on real estate market data analysis.
  6. Innovating Real Estate Products and Marketing Strategies:
    Develop real estate models that meet market demands and investor needs.
    Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
    Suggest digital marketing strategies and data-driven techniques to enhance sales performance.
  7. Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all real estate contracts and transactions comply with local and international regulations.
    Review contracts and documents to align with Wafi off-plan sales regulations.
    Work closely with legal teams to protect company and customer rights.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Business Management.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate business development and off-plan sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Wafi regulations, real estate laws, and engineering standards.
  • Experience in market analysis and strategic growth planning.
  • Leadership skills in team management, negotiation, and business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and real estate project management tools.
