What you'll do

Job Responsibilities

HR Management

  1. Assist in all country HRBP people agenda: Support the implementation of the engagement roadmap, wellbeing initiatives, talent review processes, and performance check-ins to ensure a cohesive HR strategy across the country.
  2. Onboarding Program: Lead and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Headcount Update: Regularly update and maintain accurate headcount information.
  4. HRIS Management and Data Entry: Enter new hire data, create job requisitions, process employee movements within the system, and manage offboarding processes.
  5. Employee Data Entry: Ensure all employee data is accurately and promptly entered into HR systems.
  6. HR General Presence at Factory: Maintain a regular and visible presence at the factory to provide direct support, address employee concerns, and foster a positive working environment.

HR Administration

  1. Archiving: Efficiently organize and maintain comprehensive employee records and HR documents.
  2. Preparing and Issuing Letters: Draft and distribute official letters, such as employment verification, promotion, and disciplinary notices.
  3. Medical Insurance Coordination: Oversee the renewal of policies, manage the addition and deletion of employees, and update employee profiles.
  4. Medical Insurance Renewals: Coordinate the renewal process for medical insurance policies, handle casualty cases, and manage the logistics of body sending and burial arrangements.
  5. HR PR / PO Creation: Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for HR-related needs.

What you'll need

  1. Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
  2. Qualification & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 certification is a plus.
  3. Technical requirement: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  4. Industry exposure: Experience working in a multinational company.
  5. Skills / abilities / competencies: High level of communication skills in both English and Arabic, strong interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate sessions, proficiency in data analysis, agility, and a growth mindset. Willingness to work collaboratively and grow within the organization.
