Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  1. Oversee the overall clinical operation of assigned clinics from regulatory and growth perspectives in accordance with Company goals.
  2. Assist in clinical operational development and transition of new or acquired clinic(s) as needed or requested.
  3. Assess and integrate clinical policy and regulatory requirements in the acquired clinic(s).
  4. Collaborate with the Nurse Supervisor and Regional Operations Director toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual projections based on clinical outcomes and management objectives.
  5. Perform duties as assigned to meet the patient care or operational needs of assigned clinics.
  6. Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring the quality of care processes for program regulatory compliance in accordance with Company goals.
  7. Ensure clinical processes in assigned USRC facilities are maintained in accordance with company policy and Saudi law regulations.
  8. Assist with developing, implementing, and improving quality and productivity goals and measures.
  9. Collaborate with the Nurse Supervisor and Regional Operations Director to ensure optimal patient care and regulatory compliance.
  10. Assist with program target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and Company goals at assigned clinics.
  11. Assure assigned clinics comply with all Saudi laws and regulations and receive continuing certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies by conducting internal clinical reviews.
  12. Perform duties at all times within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy and procedures and Saudi laws and regulations.
  13. Assist the Nurse Supervisor and Regional Operations Director with necessary Corrective Action Plan development, implementation, and follow-through for internal and external surveys.
  14. Provide follow-up on any/all deficiencies for all internal or external audits by MOH.
  15. Assure compliance with required Governing Body meetings, monthly QAPI meetings, and care plan conferences; ensure documentation of such through recorded minutes.
  16. Evaluate patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational performance standards.
  17. Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical, education, and QAPI policies.
  18. Assist with policy/procedure revisions and disseminating new and revised policies.
  19. Lead, understand, and promote the Company's mission and philosophy of ethics, integrity, safety, corporate responsibility, and objectives.
  20. Communicate with the Director of Clinical Services and Regional Operations Director consistently regarding the status of each clinic in the region.
  21. Communicate the completion status of Plans of Correction for internal and external surveys to the Nurse Supervisor, Regional Operations Director, and Director of Clinical Services.
  22. Maintain collaborative working relationships with the Nurse Supervisor and Regional Operations Director to meet clinic needs.
  23. Promote actively GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  24. Ensure all clinical staff meet the required qualifications for the position and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures, health care professionals' practice, Saudi laws, and regulations.
  25. Orient and mentor the Nurse Supervisor in the QAPI process, outcomes, education programs, and operational readiness in accordance with USRC practices.
  26. Review IntraLearn assignments and compliance reports; communicate results to facility management as needed.
  27. Coordinate CPR certification training (if required) and ongoing mandatory continuing education.
  28. Perform clinical education of new hires as needed or requested.
  29. Provide clinic-based in-service programs as needed or requested.
  30. Coordinate and conduct charge nurse training and preceptor training programs as directed.

Qualifications Requirements:

Education Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any related field.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Five (5) years of experience in Nursing, including Two (2) years of hemodialysis experience in the last Two (2) years is required.
  2. Previous dialysis management experience is preferred.

Other Requirements:

  1. Current Registered Nurse Licensure from a country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure is required.
  2. Certified in BLS and preferably in ACLS.
  3. Successfully passed the hemodialysis training program is an advantage.
