Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, display, SEO / SEM & email advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
  • Briefing, coordinating and guiding advertising and media partners on new and ongoing activities to achieve optimal results.
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand, marketing, and product management is required, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Experience working in the UAE or Qatar is preferred.
