Sales Specialist

Drive company sales and achieve revenue targets by providing tailored solutions and services to potential clients. The Sales Specialist will focus on building strong, long-term relationships that contribute to business growth and market expansion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement the approved sales strategy to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and generate potential leads.
- Deliver professional presentations showcasing the company's services (events, conferences, production, logistics).
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, execution, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor sales performance and provide periodic reports to assess progress toward goals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events to enhance company presence and establish a strong network.
- Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and contribute to improving sales strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in the events or service industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under sales target pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications and sales tools (CRM).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Analytical thinking and understanding of client needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to market changes.
- Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
