Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement the approved sales strategy to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and generate potential leads.
  • Deliver professional presentations showcasing the company's services (events, conferences, production, logistics).
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial offers and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, execution, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide periodic reports to assess progress toward goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in the events or service industry.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under sales target pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and sales tools (CRM).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Analytical thinking and understanding of client needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to market changes.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
