A 5-star hotel in Jeddah is looking for an experienced and passionate Outlet Manager to lead one of our hotel's dining outlets. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences and have experience managing high-end restaurants or outlets, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards and high guest satisfaction.
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate the outlet team to consistently deliver top-tier service and a memorable dining experience.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the outlet's menu, including food, beverages, and special offerings, and ensure that staff are well-versed in this information.
  4. Monitor and manage outlet performance, including guest feedback, sales, and profitability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  5. Implement and maintain operational standards in all areas of food preparation, service, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Manage and control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure consistent quality.
  7. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to design seasonal or promotional menus and drive special events.
  8. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  9. Train and develop outlet staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  10. Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service and operations.
  11. Review and analyze financial reports and operational performance to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service, menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
  3. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a unique and memorable experience for guests.
  6. A strong understanding of health and safety, food hygiene, and industry standards.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
