Day-to-day
  1. Channel Strategy Development: Creating and maintaining a compelling channel strategy to benefit the hotel's brand and achieve revenue growth.
  2. Channel Management: Overseeing the hotel's presence on various distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking platforms, and other third-party channels.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of different channels, producing regular reports, and identifying actionable insights for growth.
  4. Rate and Inventory Management: Ensuring that room rates and inventory are accurately reflected across all channels, and making adjustments as needed to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  5. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns that drive bookings through various channels.
  6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure optimal performance.
  7. Technology Utilization: Utilizing channel management software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  8. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that all channel activities comply with the hotel's standards and policies, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Problem Resolution: Addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise with channel partners and finding solutions to prevent recurrence.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
  • Two to Three years' prior tenure in a similar role
  • International luxury hotel chain background
  • GCC exposure
  • English Fluency is required
  • Arabic Fluency is preferred
