In this role, you will oversee all aspects of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and related facilities, ensuring they reflect our commitment to quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the development of hospitality projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and development strategies.
  3. Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to create innovative and appealing hospitality offerings.
  4. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient execution and operational excellence.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel operators, investors, and regulatory agencies.
  6. Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in hospitality development.
  7. Deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
  8. Provide mentorship and leadership to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  9. Stay informed on global hospitality trends and best practices to ensure competitive positioning of Qiddiya's offerings.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the hospitality development sector, with a focus on hotel and resort development.
  3. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale hospitality projects from concept through completion.
  4. Strong understanding of local and international hospitality trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  6. Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools.
