Activities

The scope of activity of the B2B Sales Manager consists of the deployment of the company sales strategies and objectives, mainly in regard to:

  • Responsible for entire sales objectives at his/her regional level.
  • Works alongside the sales team and supports them to acquire new business within direct B2B customers across all regions.
  • Manages the existing portfolio of customers and ensures a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Develops brand awareness/presence, product mix, and improves market share.
  • Ensures proper control on sales receivables and timely collections.
  • Meets volume, sales, and gross margin targets at a lower operational cost.
  • Carries out periodic market analysis about growth, new opportunities, competitor activities, and threats to the business, reporting these back to the line manager.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Business.
  • Experience: 6-8 years' experience in the lubricants industry or sales field.
  • Skills/Attributes:
    • Leadership, motivation, and coaching skills are a must; highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • High level of selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Able to communicate and present well with all levels in an organization.
