Sales Manager – Events

Location: Riyadh

Full-Time

(Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients for our event management company. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-connected in the industry, and excels at building relationships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, and meetings.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
  3. Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  1. Saudi Citizen
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in sales or business development within the events industry.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
  6. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  7. Fluency in Arabic & English.
