The Role

As a Consulting Director, you will spearhead high-impact initiatives within multidisciplinary teams, working collaboratively through complex consulting engagements. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with senior executives, driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional results for clients.

This role involves leading client engagements, delivering high-quality solutions alongside senior stakeholders and supporting pre- and post-deal implementations. You will focus on financial impact, client satisfaction and team leadership while ensuring all outcomes are commercially focused and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert business development opportunities into successful engagements.
• Deliver complex consulting engagements that exceed client expectations.
• Achieve significant financial outcomes by meeting signings and revenue targets.
• Ensure sustained growth and profitability while managing margin expectations.
• Scope projects effectively, negotiate and manage risks to ensure profitability.
• Build deep relationships with CXO-level clients as a trusted advisor.
• Lead client interactions and consulting initiatives with credibility and expertise.
• Design complex engagements with oversight of delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Adopt a culture of continuous learning, innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital to build a strong organisational brand in the industry.

Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting and Sales
• Exceptional financial acumen with expertise in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Good understanding of Data & AI industry trends and technologies.
• A strong personal brand and presence in the industry with demonstrated ability to innovate.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
