Job Title: Senior Business Development
Job Summary: As a Senior Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. You will identify opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and lead initiatives that align with NOK Facilities' vision for expansion in the Saudi market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to secure high-value deals.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive long-term business growth.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Operations) to align business development efforts with organizational objectives.
- Networking: Represent NOK Facilities at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in consulting, recruitment, or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Network: Established network within Saudi Arabia's business and industrial sectors is a plus.
- Personal Traits: High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Fixed (8 hours per day, Friday and Saturday off)
