Our client is a leading pharmaceutical group in KSA, looking to hire an Arabic speaking Business Development Senior Manager for their office in Jeddah. They are open to candidates based in Riyadh as well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively analyze market trends and customer needs to identify gaps in the company's product portfolio.
  • Lead the evaluation and recommendation of new products or partnerships to address unmet market demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop a robust strategy for portfolio enrichment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships to secure advantageous outcomes.
  • Participate in sales team meetings, contributing insights to problem-solving and strategic planning efforts.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to explore new market opportunities and define strategies for portfolio expansion.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential partners, highlighting the value of proposed products or services.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, partnership developments, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new products into the company's operations.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business Management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or strategic marketing functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in identifying product gaps and successfully introducing new products or services to market.
  • Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
  • Candidates need to have strong KSA experience and be based in the country to be considered for the role.
