Business Development Officer (Tamheer Program)

The Business Development Officer at Care Medical is responsible for developing new business opportunities, analyzing financial data, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes reviewing Requests for Proposals, preparing summaries, and monitoring tenders on the Etimad platform to identify business opportunities and support company growth.

To be eligible to apply, you must meet the below criteria:

  • Should be a Saudi national.
  • Should have a bachelor's degree or above.
  • Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
  • Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand into target markets.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare clear and concise summaries.
  • Monitor tenders on the Etimad platform and analyze available opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and potential partners to enhance collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and business agreements to maximize value for the company.
  • Deliver effective presentations that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and meeting client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical field.
  • Proven track record in business development with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and present professionally.
  • Familiarity with the Etimad platform and experience tracking government tenders.
  • Advanced level in English language (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to partner with leaders, team members, and peers to drive results.
