JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for aligning HR, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Finance, and Supply Chain (SC) with PMO best practices and business synergies. Ensures that enterprise-wide projects adhere to standardized methodologies, improving operational efficiencies, risk management, financial performance, and compliance. Works across multiple corporate functions, ensuring that strategic initiatives in workforce planning, risk governance, financial oversight, and supply chain efficiency are effectively managed and aligned with corporate objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Contribution

  • Direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda across multiple corporate functions to deliver NADEC vision and mission.
  • Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the across multiple corporate functions and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company's strategy.

Leadership

  • Direct the activities of the across multiple corporate functions to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
  • Serve as a role model to ensure employees' awareness and commitment to NADEC vision, mission, values, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance.

Budgeting

  • Lead the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
  • Develop and implement PMO frameworks that integrate HR, GRC, Finance, and Supply Chain project methodologies.
  • Ensure all enterprise support projects align with corporate strategic goals, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish standardized project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Conduct regular cross-functional PMO meetings to align on priorities, project dependencies, and risks.
  • Oversee key strategic initiatives in HR, GRC, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Monitor project risks, timelines, and outcomes, providing real-time insights to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor CAPEX and OPEX projects, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Track financial performance of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
  • Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and governance policies.
  • Work with GRC teams to integrate risk assessments into PMO reporting structures.
  • Monitor project adherence to corporate compliance frameworks, mitigating operational risks.
  • Oversee supply chain transformation projects, ensuring logistics, procurement, and distribution initiatives align with strategic goals.
  • Improve project tracking in warehouse automation, inventory management, and logistics optimizations.
  • Work with SC teams to streamline cross-functional dependencies and improve efficiency.
  • Align PMO methodologies with HR-driven initiatives, such as workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and digital HR transformations.
  • Support talent development and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee projects in employee engagement, training programs, and HR digital transformation.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual project performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Align with talent acquisition, retention, and training program implementations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Align risk management and internal audit projects with PMO reporting standards.
  • Ensure corporate governance projects comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop risk matrices and mitigation plans for major enterprise initiatives.
  • Monitor strategic finance projects, including cost optimization, capital planning, and tax strategy initiatives.
  • Support finance teams in tracking budget utilization, variance analysis, and ROI assessment.
  • Ensure finance-driven initiatives align with corporate sustainability and ESG goals.
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, warehouse optimization, and distribution transformation projects.
  • Track demand forecasting and inventory management initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure supply chain projects integrate cost reduction, automation, and sustainability initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a must.
  • Master's degree (MBA) preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, PMO, or enterprise support functions within FMCG or related industries.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Ms. Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Software such as ERP/SAP.
