PMO Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Projects Specialist to support and execute technology projects within the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure project objectives are met on time, and maintain the highest standards of efficiency and quality in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare and share periodic progress reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze issues and provide innovative solutions to achieve project goals.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as required.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or Finance.
- Preferably certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience in working on technology projects or within a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze challenges with innovative approaches.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Leadership personality with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
