Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure and Hardware Management:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, and related hardware.
  • Manage and maintain all corporate hardware assets, including computers, servers, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of all IT systems and data.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of all hardware.
  • Help Desk and User Support:
  • Manage the IT help desk and ensure timely resolution of user hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on hardware and software use.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common IT hardware and software issues and solutions.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventory, including hardware tracking and lifecycle management.

Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Network Infrastructure: LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi design, implementation, and management.

  • Network security (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention).
  • Server Management: Windows Server and/or Linux server administration.

  • IT asset management.
  • Software and Applications: Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration.

  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Data backup and recovery strategies.
  • Disaster recovery planning and implementation.
