As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our medical products within your assigned territory. Your core responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within your territory, exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. With your expertise and strategic focus, you will play a vital role in advancing the company's success and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement territory sales plan in accordance with regional sales strategy.
  2. Present, promote and sell products/services using persuasive argument.
  3. Aggressively seek new customers and formulate and follow plans for such action as directed by the Supervisor or Line manager.
  4. Develop effective and professional relationships with KOLs & targeted customers.
  5. Conduct professional demonstrations and presentations of JMI's products or services at customer sites.
  6. Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met where possible.
  7. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  9. Collect overdue payments from private hospitals.
  10. Develop deep product & competitor knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  11. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. BSc in biochemistry, respiratory therapy, biomedical engineering or any medical sciences field.
  2. Minimum 1 year sales experience within medical device industry.
  3. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  4. Willingness to travel extensively.
  5. Must possess a car and hold a valid driver's license.
