SACS is searching for a Sales Operations Manager to help support our sales team in Jubail as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence, assisting with the day-to-day administration and operational tasks. He will also be responsible for optimizing the success of an organization's sales team by managing sales goals, projections, and processes.

This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.

Key responsibilities for this job:

As a Sales Operations Manager, he should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization's sales operations. He should ensure that his sales processes and teams are operating optimally. Some of their daily tasks include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives
  2. Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
  3. Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  4. Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives
  5. Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
  6. Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
  7. Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
  8. Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
  9. Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations
  10. Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
  11. Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives
  12. Assisting with the development of Enterprise Account onboarding processes
  13. Owning the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; defining and delivering techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  2. Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred
  3. Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  4. The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  5. Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  6. A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  7. An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  8. An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  9. Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
