CPShub is actively hiring on behalf of a Giga Project client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of this visionary development, we are seeking a highly experienced Architect who will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of large-scale, innovative, and sustainable architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design & Planning:
    • Lead the architectural design process for commercial, mixed-use, and urban-scale developments
    • Develop concepts, masterplans and detailed designs aligned with sustainability and innovation goals
    • Translate client vision into feasible, creative architectural solutions
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, planners, consultants, and contractors
    • Ensure project compliance with local and international codes, zoning laws, and regulatory guidelines
    • Oversee design progress from schematic phase to construction documentation and site execution
  3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops
    • Work directly with the Giga Project client team to ensure objectives, timelines, and quality expectations are met
    • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior architects and team members

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience – Minimum 3 years of architectural experience, ideally including large-scale, high-value projects
  • GCC or KSA Experience – Experience working on mega or giga projects in the Middle East is highly preferred
  • Software Skills – Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and BIM workflows
  • Design Strength – Strong creative thinking, concept design, and space planning skills
  • Technical Expertise – Knowledge of construction techniques, sustainable design, and building codes
  • Communication – Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to lead meetings and present to stakeholders
  • Language – Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
