CPShub is hiring on behalf of a prestigious Giga Project client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join their dynamic team on-site and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the conceptual and detailed design of infrastructure elements including roads, grading, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and site development.
  2. Prepare and review civil design drawings, technical specifications, and reports in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Conduct design calculations, feasibility assessments, and technical studies to ensure design intent and compliance with regulations.
  4. Support the preparation of tender documentation, BOQs, and IFC drawings.

Coordination & Technical Support:

  1. Liaise with architectural, structural, MEP, and urban planning teams to ensure civil design integration.
  2. Respond to technical queries and participate in design review workshops and coordination meetings.
  3. Collaborate with consultants, authorities, and permitting agencies to secure design approvals.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  2. Work directly with the Giga Project client team to ensure objectives, timelines, and quality expectations are met.
  3. Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Standards & Quality:

  1. Ensure all designs comply with Saudi codes, client standards, and international guidelines (AASHTO, BS, etc.).
  2. Review submissions from external consultants and verify technical accuracy and compliance.
  3. Participate in internal QA/QC checks and maintain proper documentation of design deliverables.

Quality Control & Documentation:

  1. Review and approve materials, method statements, and inspection/testing protocols.
  2. Provide on-site technical support to resolve engineering issues.
  3. Maintain adherence to project milestones, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.

Who We're Looking For

  1. Experience – Minimum 3 years in civil/infrastructure design engineering, ideally on mega or giga projects.
  2. Regional Knowledge – Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
  3. Education – Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; design-related certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
  4. Design Tools – Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and MS Office.
  5. Code Compliance – Knowledge of Saudi municipal codes, authority standards, and international civil engineering standards.
  6. Communication Skills – Capable of interacting with global stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  7. Language – Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
