B2B Mobility Manager

To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B mobility products, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business objectives through effective collaboration, market analysis, and innovative product development.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Acts as the point of contact for initiatives between Business, Sales, Customer Care, Technology Network, and support functions.
  • Manages the product lifecycle for products and services within the B2B mobility segment.
  • Expertly applies project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Design Thinking.
  • Prepares, reviews, and approves technical specifications for new or enhanced products and services.
  • Increases profitability of existing products and ensures the launch of profitable products that meet customer expectations.
  • Enhances customer experience by leveraging market research to develop products that address segment requirements and achieve business targets.
  • Analyzes market potential of new products and technologies in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
  • Conducts comprehensive business, product, and financial requirements analysis.
  • Coordinates with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to ensure effective solutions are delivered.
  • Monitors product performance, conducts health checks, and implements corrective actions when necessary.
  • Evaluates partnerships with leading companies to launch innovative and profitable services.
  • Performs regular market research to maintain competitive technological and market value.
  • Collaborates with marketing teams to ensure advertising campaigns highlight product unique selling points (USPs) and drive revenue.
  • Prepares for product/service launches by conducting thorough readiness assessments.
  • Manages the creation of training materials and information packs for Sales, Retail, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensures required capacity, quality, and cost standards are met through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensures the delivery of a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any other similar stream
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management and development
  • Experience in defining and developing requirements for products and services within a technology company – preferably telecommunications-related.
