Introduction:
Kanr Plastic Industries is a leading manufacturer of highquality plastic products with a global presence. We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a B2B Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting our products to potential customers. If you are a natural salesperson with a passion for building strong relationships and a drive to succeed then we want you on our team
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through cold calls networking and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs preferences and competition.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make strategic business decisions.
Provide regular reports on sales activities opportunities and progress to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or relevant role.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven attitude.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software.
Experience in the plastic or manufacturing industry is a plus.
