What you'll be doing

The Client Advisor is responsible for strengthening brand exposure at the point of sale, consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards, improving brand knowledge and sales techniques, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving individual targets, and contributing to the achievement of store targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome.
  2. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, security, and safety.
  3. Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis in coordination with the Department/Boutique or Floor Manager.
  4. Monitor and report sales results.
  5. Control client stock assortment.
  6. Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace, and deliver on departmental/store goals.
  7. Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player.
  8. Mentor new Sales Associates if required by leading by example.
  9. Be courteous, considerate, and gracious in all dealings with customers, suppliers, and associates.
  10. Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.
  11. Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook.
  12. Be proactive and creative by increasing sales through cross-selling across the store.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2 years of experience in retail, Fashion/Eyewear.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
