We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our launch and growth efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to join Blacklane at an exciting time and help us establish and scale our presence in this new market. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring alignment with our global goals while catering to the local market's unique needs. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager and working closely with our Marketing Leadership Team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to drive demand and ensure our success in the region.

THE CHALLENGE
- Develop and execute the overall localized marketing plan for the Middle East that is designed to raise awareness, attract new customers and retain existing customers to Blacklane in the market and across the region.
- Develop and support in the creation and management of brand partnerships and event activations.
- Develop affiliate partnership content and monitor its performance (food & beverage, hotel, entertainment), increasing our ability to reach and convert customers through the partners' customers touch point (e.g CRM, PoS).
- Understand and support in the positioning of the brand and its communications across all channels ensuring consistent messaging.
- Support the Global PR & Communications team in the execution of the PR strategy.
- Analyze data, reports and customer life-cycles to solve problems and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work with the wider marketing team to deliver against the department's KPIs.
ABOUT YOU:
This role requires a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including influencer management, PR, event planning, branding, media buying, strategic and conceptual thinking, content creation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values. Other requirements include:
- You have at least 4-5 years professional experience in a similar role with a successful track record.
- You possess excellent communication & copy writing skills.
- You are creative and innovative with an affinity for details and aesthetics.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, are highly organized and can work to tight deadlines.
- Experienced in working with marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- You're a team player that values open communication in a collaborative environment.
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and take ownership in anything you do to make sure it is executed flawlessly.
- You are a native Arabic speaker, or have native-level Arabic skills.
- You are a native English speaker, or have native-level English skills.
