Job Description

Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned Senior Business Development Specialists to work remotely from the Eastern Province (Al Khobar - Dammam) while contributing their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.
Working as a Senior Business Development Specialist entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through market research and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to expand market presence and secure new business.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  4. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure business objectives are met.
  7. Monitor business performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and opportunities.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development.
  3. Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales, and market expansion.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
