Reza Hygiene is looking for a Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the healthcare sector, focusing on infection control and cleaning products. You will work closely with hospital staff, procurement teams, and facility managers to assess their needs, provide tailored solutions and training, and ensure the successful implementation of our products to meet healthcare cleaning and disinfection standards.
What You Will Do- Product Knowledge & Demonstrate: Utilize your hands-on expertise with housekeeping products to deliver impactful and tailored demonstrations. Focus on addressing specific soils and surfaces, particularly in floor care, while maintaining a strong understanding of cleaning and disinfection processes to ensure optimal recommendations.
- Consultative Approach: Conduct on-site visits to hospitals to assess their unique cleaning challenges. Identify their specific needs and provide customized, effective solutions based on a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all recommended products comply with the highest hospital standards, infection control regulations, and other healthcare-related requirements, ensuring safety and effectiveness at all times.
- Building Relationships: Develop and foster strong, trusted relationships with hospital staff by understanding their specific cleaning needs and consistently delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and hygiene standards.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. Stay informed on industry advancements to provide up-to-date, high-quality solutions that meet evolving customer demands.
Provide ongoing training and exceptional support post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. Address any concerns promptly while nurturing long-term relationships to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including hospital procurement teams, facility managers, infection control specialists, and housekeeping managers, to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Lead the negotiation process, ensuring mutually beneficial terms regarding pricing, in-use costs, delivery schedules, and payment conditions. Effectively close sales by aligning product offerings with client needs and expectations.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements- Diploma or higher education
- Three to five years relevant experience
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suites
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Experience fostering long-term partnerships with clients, often at the executive level.
- Created and executed account plans to maximize revenue and deepen client engagement.
- Exceeded sales targets consistently.
- A sales professional with a track record in healthcare or a healthcare expert ready to pivot into sales.
- Passionate about infection control and hygiene solutions.
- Skilled at product demonstrations and building lasting client relationships.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
