Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue while strengthening our market presence. You will play a key role in driving growth across our advanced IT portfolio, including data management solutions, AI-powered technologies, and enterprise cybersecurity offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
  2. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  3. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service
  6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
  7. Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale account management
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
  9. Provide regular forecasts, reports, and competitive intelligence
  10. Handle client issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, account management, and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services such as cloud computing, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific sectors like Banking, PIF, Oil & Gas, etc.

Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary
  • Eligible for variable salary when reaching 50% of target, with a maximum of 12 months paid based on collection
  • Eligible for commission when reaching 75% of target, with a maximum of 12 months paid based on collection
