Your Impact

The Product Specialist role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reports to the Regional Sales Manager, and will be responsiblefor driving sales growth and fostering relationships with key clients withinRiyadh and other areas remotely such as Qasim.This role requires a strategic approach to sales, leveraging extensive product knowledge and industry expertise to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to understand doctors' needs and promote product benefits.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Educate doctors on product features, benefits, and applications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of doctor satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Share market insights and doctors' feedback to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training programs to continuously enhance personal and team skills.
  • Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

What To Bring

  • Fluency in Arabic and English communication
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Dentistry or Life Science/Healthcare.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist with a proven sales record.
  • Must be based in Riyadh and willing to travel occasionally to other remote locations such as Qasim.
  • Experience in working with an international brand.
  • Ability to work on MS Suite, CRM, and sales systems.
  • Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
