Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant frameworks.
  3. Document process flows, procedures, and work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, gain buy-in, and implement process changes effectively.
  5. Train and coach employees on new processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for further optimisation.
  7. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to management.
  8. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in process excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within a similar industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
  6. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
  7. Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
  8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
