As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You will provide the highest level of customer service to clients and challenge your ability to perform in a high-paced environment.

As a Technical Support Specialist - Real Time Systems, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure prompt solutions.
  • Providing real-time monitoring of drilling activities to complete operations safely and efficiently.
  • Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem-solving.
  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting Realtime system issues.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold an associate diploma, technical degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Have experience in technical support relevant roles, remote operations, or IT support (preferred).
  • Be able to work shifts in the field.
  • Be a good team player with strong communication skills.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently.
