Position Overview:

The Assistant Branch Manager assists in the dailyoperations of the restaurant, ensuring smoothworkflow, excellent customer service, overseeingand managing staff schedules and requests,handling inventory, and resolving conflicts.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Employees should adhere to company rules andfulfill their assigned responsibilities, while alsorecognizing that their duties may extend beyondthe specific tasks outlined.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Employees should maintain professional conductby showing respect and courtesy to allcolleagues, adhering to the dress code and usingprofessional communication skills.
  • Proper hygiene, accurate attendance andmindful use of company property are alsoessential for maintaining professionalism.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the branch,ensuring a smooth workflow and efficientservice.
  • Focus on staff performance and adherenceto health and safety regulatory standardsand the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring schedule division,allocation of responsibilities among staff.
  • Assist in raising requests and documents onJisr platform and communicating with theOperations and HR Departments on mattersrelated the employees including leaves,violations, vacations, salary and residencyissues.
  • Supervise and coordinate the relationbetween the Front of House and Back ofHouse teams to ensure that the cycle ofservice is functional, professional andaccording to the given timeframe.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure theyhave a pleasant dining experience.
  • Associate in resolving difficulties faced duringoperations and conflicts between staff.
  • Mentor and train staff on corrective actions,monitor performance and conductperformance evaluations in correlation withthe Branch manager.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, placingorders and managing stock to avoidshortages or wastage.
  • Assist in marketing and upselling strategies,promotions.
  • Oversee food preparation, portioning andfood presentation to safeguard therestaurants professional image.
  • Boost team morals during rush hours to remainmotivated and proficient.
  • Handle opening and closing duties with theBranch Manager and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (BachelorsDegree in Hospitality or Management is a plus).
  • Three years of experience in restaurantmanagement or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations,including food safety standards andcustomer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solvingskills.
  • Welcoming and pleasant attitude.
